HYBE is carrying out a massive reorganization of its affiliated labels and artist support organizations into a unified global structure, accelerating Chairman Bang Si-hyuk’s ‘Multi-home’ strategy.

HYBE announced on the 27th that it has expanded and reorganized its ‘Label Services,’ which support the album distribution, marketing, and promotional activities of its affiliate labels, into ‘Global Label Services,’ a common support system for all global legal entities. Juan S. Arenas, Chief Intellectual Property Officer (CIPO) of HYBE America (HBA), has been appointed as the new President.

This reorganization was pursued to build an infrastructure that comprehensively supports not only the global advancement of domestic artists but also the domestic and overseas activities of international artists. Based on the establishment of distribution strategies and supply chain management, the company plans to provide stable business infrastructure and introduce professional solutions that integrate regional platform management and customized online and offline marketing.

Previously launched in the U.S. subsidiary during the ‘HYBE 2.0’ strategy announcement in 2024, the label services organization has now evolved into a system that can be expanded to all global legal entities in Korea, Japan, the United States, Latin America, and India. This initiative aims to further strengthen the global integrated infrastructure in line with Chairman Bang Si-hyuk’s emphasized ‘Multi-home, Multi-genre’ philosophy.

Talent acquisition in the global distribution and artist services sector was also carried out. Nicole Csabai, formerly Senior Vice President at Interscope Records, has joined as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Global Distribution, overseeing global distribution and partnerships based in Nashville, USA.

In addition, Melissa Victor-Burkhardt, formerly of Epic Records, has been appointed as Executive Vice President (EVP) heading the newly established ‘Artist Success Unit,’ where she will coordinate global projects for each artist. Johanna Fuentes, formerly of CBS and Warner Bros., has also joined the artist PR sector to enhance professional expertise.

Jenni Pfaff has been newly appointed to the position of Chief People and Transformation Officer (CPTO), overseeing organizational innovation. CPTO Pfaff will lead cross-regional collaboration, the establishment of a consistent organizational culture, and global talent deployment.

HYBE CEO Lee Jae-sang stated, “This reorganization of the Global Label Services organization is part of building a global infrastructure that strengthens the distribution, marketing, promotion, and public relations capabilities of HYBE artists active on the world stage,” adding, “It will serve as a new starting point for expanding business infrastructure and intensification strategies.”
