H Mart is opening a brand-new store in the Tampa area of Florida.
This new Tampa location marks H Mart’s second store in the state of Florida, following the Orlando branch.
On the 22nd, H Mart announced via a press release that it is preparing to open the new store located at 3948 West Hillsborough Avenue in Tampa. The specific opening date has not yet been disclosed.
The food hall will feature a total of seven dining brands. Notable additions include the Korean-Chinese restaurant ‘Paik’s Noodle’, mala specialty store ‘Solim Mala’, Korean fried chicken brand ‘BBQ Chicken’, Korean restaurant ‘Jeonggane’, bakery ‘Paris Baguette’, Japanese tonkatsu restaurant ‘Chidon’, and snack bar ‘Tteokdabang’.
Through this new location, H Mart plans to introduce diverse Asian food cultures to local residents while focusing on development, management, and marketing to establish the store as a pillar that grows together with the community.
Brian Kwon, President of H Mart, stated, "We are thrilled to introduce the rich flavors and culture of authentic Asia to the residents of Tampa, Florida," adding, "We will do our utmost to ensure that customers can experience diverse Asian culinary traditions and easily enjoy Asian dishes in their own homes."
