[OSEN=Choi Lee-jung] IVE members Gaeul and Liz teamed up with Jeon Hyun Moo and Kwak Tube to complete a unique food trip across northern Gyeonggi Province on MBN and Channel S’s ‘Jeon Hyun Moo’s Plan 4’ Episode 16, which aired on the 23rd.
During the broadcast, Jeon Hyun Moo and Kwak Tube enjoyed healing pollack stew loaded with sea tofu for their first meal. The chemistry with their ‘eating friends’ Gaeul and Liz was also top-tier. When Jeon Hyun Moo mentioned IVE’s explosive popularity in the car, Liz smiled and said, ‘When we shout ‘Babies!’ at concerts, the cheering is no joke.’ Gaeul added, ‘We even have a separate ‘Baby Dives Waiting Zone’ for young fans to wait safely,’ proving their status as top-tier ‘preschoolers’ emperors.’
In the second half of the episode, the four visited a popular cold noodle restaurant with a one-hour wait. After the meal, Gaeul and Liz surprised everyone by performing IVE’s new song ‘Looks can kill’ for the first time on a variety show.
The highlight was Liz’s impromptu phone call with her mother. While solving a hint for the next menu item, Liz reached out to her mother for help. Her mother proudly shared, ‘Our daughter received a filial piety award every year since she was little. She was so pretty when she was young that people kept touching her face, which is why she developed stranger anxiety,’ bringing laughter to Jeon Hyun Moo and Kwak Tube.
Ending the trip at a 67-year-old traditional old-school restaurant in Ilsan Market, Gaeul and Liz taught Jeon Hyun Moo and Kwak Tube the choreography for their new song, wrapping up a delightful and entertaining episode.
