New 219-Unit Residential Project

A major Koreatown apartment development officially broke ground on the 28th at 3800 W. 6th St in Los Angeles. The project, led by Ato Properties, is set to add 219 new residential units to the local housing market upon completion.

Expanding Housing Opportunities in LA

This development follows the successful completion of an adjacent project by the same developer last month. That neighboring building was notable for being the first in Koreatown to utilize ED1, the City of Los Angeles’ accelerated housing incentive program designed to fast-track the supply of low-income housing units. The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by community leaders, including California State Assemblymember Mark Gonzalez and Ato Properties CEO Leo Lee.
