Former NewJeans Hanni and Danielle have reunited in South Korea, drawing massive attention after being spotted together at a marathon event.
On November 7, photos of Hanni and Danielle together quickly spread across online communities, sparking widespread interest from fans. The sighting took place at the ‘2026 Miracle 365 Purme Run’ event. In the released photos, Hanni and Danielle are seen brightly smiling while taking a selfie with a fan, both playfully posing with peace signs.
While Danielle kept a low profile wearing a cap to partially hide her face, Hanni appeared casual and natural without heavy makeup. The two showed a warm and close bond as they interacted affectionately with fans.
Previously, Danielle caught attention by leaving supportive birthday messages and fairy emojis on social media for Hanni’s birthday. Even though Danielle was removed from NewJeans while Hanni returned to the group, the two have clearly maintained their strong friendship, culminating in this recent public appearance.
Danielle debuted as a member of NewJeans in July 2022. She later became involved in contract disputes following the dismissal of former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin. While ADOR won the first-trial ruling confirming the validity of exclusive contracts, and members like Haerin, Hyein, and Hanni eventually returned to the label, Danielle received a contract termination notice and was removed from the group.
Danielle is currently facing a damages lawsuit filed by ADOR and has been staying in Australia, sharing her daily life via social media since halting her activities with NewJeans.
