Group SHINee Minho has proven his exceptional athletic skills by securing 3rd place in a demanding triathlon competition.

On October 26, Minho shared photos and his official race results on his personal social media from his participation in the ‘2026 World Triathlon Cup Tongyeong’.

In the published photos, Minho is seen wearing a pink triathlon suit and proudly wearing his finisher medal with a bright smile. Raising one arm to show off his physique, the photos capture his profound sense of accomplishment after completing the grueling race.

What caught the most attention was Minho’s impressive race record. He successfully completed the triathlonβ€”consisting of swimming, cycling, and runningβ€”in a total time of 2 hours, 27 minutes, and 14 seconds. Breaking down his detailed records, he finished the swimming leg in 26 minutes and 39 seconds, the cycling leg in 1 hour, 14 minutes, and 55 seconds, and the running leg in 40 minutes and 52 seconds. Including the transition times between events, he achieved the remarkable final time of 2 hours, 27 minutes, and 14 seconds.

Most notably, Minho achieved the outstanding result of placing 3rd in the men’s 35–39 age amateur division. Rather than merely finishing the race, he successfully made it to the podium, proving his consistent dedication to fitness and training.

Along with a photo of himself smiling brightly while holding up his medal at the award ceremony, Minho expressed his joy by writing, “A miracle 3rd place.” He added, “The Tongyeong Triathlon is finished. Once again, thank you to everyone who cheered me on along the course! Our Shawols who came all this way are the best. A sweet finish achieved through hard work,” expressing his heartfelt gratitude to his fans.

Known as one of the entertainment industry’s representative fitness enthusiasts, Minho has continuously maintained his stamina and health despite his busy schedule. In this competition, he truly shined not just with his strong physical endurance, but with actual competitive results.
