Group TWS has captured the hearts of fans by showcasing the breathtaking energy of youth.
TWS (Shinyu, Dohoon, Youngjae, Hanjin, Jihoon, Gyeongmin) released the music video for ‘Call My Name’, the title track of their 2nd single album ‘TO US’, via the HYBE Labels YouTube channel. The video portrays the story of six members embarking on new challenges, using excitement rather than hesitation in the face of fear.
The music video immediately catches the eye with its sensory direction symbolically expressing the complex inner world of youth. Scenes of Shinyu walking through white mists, Dohoon collapsing from exhaustion after practicing alone, Youngjae sitting on a chair with countless nails protruding from the back, Hanjin riding a bicycle upside down while lying on his back, Jihoon balancing on one foot atop a tall pillar, and Gyeongmin enjoying the sunlight with a charred shadow behind him flash past in rapid succession. These unique scenes, crossing between reality and unreality, visually embody the confusion and anxiety hidden beneath dazzling youth.
Throughout the video, the members pose questions to themselves. Questions such as “What is your dream worth chasing?” and “Was life ever certain to begin with?” represent the state of youth living with vague worries about the future. However, TWS chooses the path of bold challenge rather than hesitation in finding answers.
Hanjin scaling a dizzying building exterior wall and the members enthusiastically cheering him on show the solidarity of youth overcoming limits by encouraging one another. The message that moments which might be frightening alone can be challenged together naturally melts into the narrative of the six members.
The highlight of the video is the dynamic group choreography unfolding across Yeouido and Hongdae streets. Faced with the question, “What makes you alive?”, the members shout ‘fighting’ and sprint into the middle of the city. The synchronized choreography performed at an open crosswalk harmonizes with the rising piano melody to deliver a thrilling sensation. The powerful footsteps of TWS, shaking off hesitation and moving forward, convey courage to those standing at a new starting line.
The title track ‘Call My Name’ is a TWS-style ‘youth anthem’ carrying the message that one can find courage in any situation because someone believes in them. Jazz pianist Yoon Seok-chul’s beautiful piano sound and Drum & Bass rhythm blend to further elevate the soaring emotions of the song. Youngjae, Shinyu, and Dohoon participated in the lyric-writing, putting their genuine feelings toward the fandom ’42’ and the stage into the words.
TWS released their 2nd single album ‘TO US’ and jumped into full-scale promotions. Starting with KBS 2TV’s ‘Music Bank’ on the 6th, they will appear on music broadcast stages and meet fans through various variety programs. Additionally, they are set to perform at major award ceremonies including the ‘3rd Korea Grand Music Awards (2026 KGMA)’ on the 8th and the ‘2026 Melon Music Awards (MMA 2026)’ on the 14th.
