Visiting the brick-and-mortar location for the first time after previously only shopping online, Yura expressed her excitement about discovering the physical store. She began browsing the racks, noting that the brand offers simple yet uniquely designed pieces.
While looking through the fall collection, Yura stumbled upon a 40 to 50 percent off sale section. She playfully remarked how hard it is to ignore such a great discount, ultimately selecting a cardigan and a colorful knit sweater.
After trying on several items recommended by the store staff, Yura ended up purchasing bags full of new clothes.
Reflecting on her offline shopping experience, she candidly shared that she often feels too awkward to leave empty-handed, noting that walking out without buying anything after a clerk has assisted her makes her feel a bit uneasy.
