A Strategic Move to Deepen Acting Pursuits
Singer and actress YooA, a member of the popular K-pop girl group Oh My Girl, has officially signed an exclusive management contract with Ringcoms. The move signals a focused push into screen acting alongside her established recording career. In an official announcement released on Wednesday, Ringcoms emphasized the performer’s creative versatility and distinct stage identity. “YooA has built a distinct identity through her work with Oh My Girl and as a solo artist, showcasing expressive range across music, performance, and diverse creative fields,” the agency stated. “We will actively support her so she can fully demonstrate her talents and charm across a broad spectrum of projects.”
Ringcoms operates as an artist-centric management firm and global IP expansion company, representing emerging and established acting talent including Cho Han-gyul, Gong Do-yu, and Choi Seo-eun. Under her new representation, YooA plans to pursue a dual-track career that balances high-profile acting auditions and screen projects with continuous musical releases.
