Group OH MY GIRL’s member Hyojung has announced a complete leap forward as a singer-songwriter.

Hyojung released the full tracks of her 1st mini album ‘Lost&Found’ and the music video for the title track ‘It Might Be Unfinished’ through various online music sites.

Having previously taken her first steps as a solo artist with the special single ‘Christmas Night Train’ in 2024, which she participated in composing, Hyojung proved her capabilities as a singer-songwriter and received favorable reviews through the single ‘Purple Note’ last May. Returning with her first solo mini album just five months later, Hyojung participated in writing and composing all the tracks for this new release, further deepening her musical spectrum and firmly engraving her unique color.

Hyojung’s new album ‘Lost&Found’ is an album that honestly captures the story of looking back on the path she has walked so far and taking another step forward toward an uncompleted tomorrow. It contains a warm comfort and cheering message delivered to everyone who is quietly walking the unfinished road at this very moment.

In particular, the title track ‘It Might Be Unfinished’ is a song that delivers the overwhelming courage to trust one’s intuition rather than being bound by set answers or other people’s gazes, and to move forward just as one is in the present, unfinished state. Hyojung’s unique clear and refreshing vocals, combined with delicate emotional expression, comfort the hearts of those who have found their way at their own pace.

The accompanying music video captures Hyojung’s journey to fill in the empty, unfinished map. The process of discovering her own path despite numerous trials and errors and gaining the strength to move forward with firm faith in that path is depicted as sensuously as a movie.

As such, Hyojung’s touching cheering song aimed at all youths pioneering their own paths is expected to warmly color listeners’ emotions this autumn. Expectations are high for the kind of music Hyojung will showcase in the future, as she stands tall not just as a reliable vocalist of her group, but as a solo artist who commands the entire album and tells her own genuine story.
